How it works
If you want to immortalise your pet in paint , pen or pencil then please get in contact to discuss your requirements. All paintings are carried out on a commission only basis in a range of sizes and mediums to suit both your pet and your pocket!
I utilise a variety of high quality surfaces to produce my paintings including canvas, board, papyrus, specialist papers and ceramics. Paintings can be ordered in a variety of sizes from 6"x 6" (15cm x 15cm), to 44" x 24" (110cm x 60cm).
Paintings can also be ordered framed or unframed. All paintings will be delivered direct to your door safely and securely.

About Me
My Background
After twenty years as a teacher of Art and Graphics, I decided to become a full time artist early in 2018. I have always specialised in animal and landscape paintings and have for many years painted for friends, family and also carried out commissioned works for a variety of clients. Since 2012 I have focussed on animal portraits and love bringing paintings to life, so that the character of your pet shines through.
My Medium
I work in a range of mediums; including Oil and Acrylic paints, ink, pen and wash, pencil and combinations of each of these dependant upon the type and style of painting commissioned. This flexibility means that I can produce pet portraits to fit most settings and importantly capture the "essence" of the pet in the medium most suited to them.
How do I work?
I generally work from photographs of your pet. Once a price for your portrait has been agreed you can send me a small range of photographs of your dog for me to work from. If local, I can arrange to visit and meet your pet and take the photographs myself.
